With over 10 years of hands-on experience navigating the ups and downs as a General Manager of a small HVAC business, Katherine is an expert in addressing operational issues. From establishing policies, implementing client management systems, financial management and accurate quote operations, she has a proven track record of creating efficient operations.
She brings the spirit of a teacher in everything she does, having spent years teaching and writing curriculum for a business academy for high school students. Katherine naturally embodies leadership with a focus on ensuring individuals are set up for success. Whether quoting a million dollar project or leading team-building exercises, Katherine leverages her unique perspective to help leaders address issues head on.
Kellie Pierce, MBA

With over 20 years of experience navigating the complexities of business operations, digital transformation, and strategic leadership, Kellie is an expert at building structures that scale. From directing enterprise resource planning and high-visibility government programs to leading digital operations for global tech organizations, she has a proven track record of mastering the "hard" side of business.
Her career is anchored by a deep understanding of IT, product development, risk management, compliance and operational rigor. Kellie combines veteran leadership with an intuitive perspective focused on sustainable, human-centered growth. She leverages her unique "Success Architect" perspective to help leaders shift from the grit of experience to the gold of their future potential.
